Test Stand 1

Nadir Testing Facility

Max-Q Aerospace has constructed a static firing stand for a massive variety of engine sizes and types. The stand is able to support testing of all liquid fuel engine within a certain degree of size constraints, and can be used to static fire solid fuel boosters. The stand boasts a massive display showing performance, and a light system for use in the dark.

Live Updating Display
On the side of the stand is a screen. This screen will constantly refresh to show the max thrust your engine was able to reach, how much thrust it is currently producing, and its isp. Along with these performance numbers, it will show how much fuel is left inside the stand, and what throttle percentage your engine is currently at.

Action Groups
Action group 1: controls the lights on the stand.

Technical Notes
To switch the fuel type in the stand, you may have to select the large block section on top of the stand and manually select. There is a small label to mark said tank. (Sorry for the inconvenience.)

@xXFrankyJoeXx I just recreated an engine with similar thrust levels, it absolutely flies! Lol. Guess I’ve got to build a bigger stand...

@Teague raptor engine with 17000 kn of thrust. Burns for about 20-25 seconds with all of the fuel in the stand.
