The Vulcan is a two stage rocket which is still in development by the ULA- United Launch Alliance and is supposed to have its maiden flight in August 2021, the Vulcan’s first stage is propelled by zero to six GEM 63 XL solid rocket boosters and two Be-4 methalox engines which are developed by Blue Origin and was bought by ULA 5 years ago to start this project and the second stage is propelled by two RL-10 hydrolox cryogenic fuelled engines developed by Rocketdyne this stage is more commonly called Centaur.
