Auto Credit Based on TomKerbal's Vizzy SmartGAPv0.5 on MARS 1T (for RSS)

SmartGAP Vizzy Automated Launching Program with Moon Orbital Plane detection, Version Alpha 1

This launcher program first waits for reaching the Moon Orbital Plane (if the launch site ever passes it, I use Kourou, Guiana with Hyperpatchs Solar System 2).
Then the program launches the rocket first vertically, then initial pitching and then going into a gravity turn with is adapted during flight to reach a circular orbit finally.
Boosters are supported.

Changes to previous pre-alpha release :

Smart General Ascent Program

Main differences between version Alpha and pre-alpha version v0.6 :
- initial thrust of first liquid stage is now calculated automatically (needed for boosters only)
- arbitrary celestrial body starts possible now
- overshoot treatment improved
- limit initial engine thrust during gravity turn to reach 45deg flight path angle (for very strong engines)
- more status locs
- waiting for engine thrust to come to zero before time warp 2 activation
- warning for doublicate craft name at initial waiting for reaching Moon orbital plane
- some utilities added (also for upcoming releases)

TODO
- become more smart

Demonstrator craft here is the Mars 1T rocket with Nomad Moon lander probe.
This rocket can bring 3.2t to LEO, 444kg to the Moon and 170kg to a low Moon orbit from which the Nomad probe can land to its surface.
