Orbital variant:

This is the suborbital variation of SpaceX's Starship rocket.
Lacking Vactors and TPS, this is only capable of short hops on ballistic trajectories, mostly intended to test SpaceX's insane bellyflop to flip maneouvre, using three Raptors and the elonerons to ascend and orient itself, as well as to land.
There are issues with this, but I'm likely not going to fix them on this particular rocket. They'll be adjusted on the orbital version, instead.
Activation groups:
AG1: Forward elonerons
AG2: Aft elonerons
AG4: Raptor
AG5: Raptor
AG6: Raptor
Slider 1: Forward elonerons
Slider 2: Aft elonerons
For best results, light the engines with the activation groups, NOT the staging. This should cause the game to have fewer issues with responding to the commands for the engines to be on or off.
By the way, I know none of the screenshots are actually of this version of the rocket, and I apologise.
But I couldn't be bothered to fly it to get half decent screenshots. Trust me, it looks better than it does in the images.
