@pianoplanepianorocket I also removed the fairing, because it reduces mass. I also added a engine skirt on the core stage.

@pianoplanepianorocket I removed the upper stage, changed the second stage to kerolox to improve performance, i increase second stage engine performance, I shortened the core stage, along with the srbs. Oh yeah, I also increase the parachute size because the impact is too hard on return.
