Sopyan 7S

This craft is an experimental rocket. me just now, built rocket with landing feature. but, this rocket need some improvisation. me occasionally call it this craft beta version aka dubbed v0.01 version

Feature :
- deliver payload include 2nd to parking orbit approx 150 km x 200 km inside game
- manual control of 2nd stage
- unbreakable part from 1st stage and heatshield

Notes :
- Sopyan 7S rocket was be edited with tinker panel, such as mass reduction and gives extra more fuel.
- without fin
- without switch feature to moving control from 1st stage to 2nd. because, after 1st succesfully back they will be gone. me still investigate :-)
- rocket will splashdown after reentry at sea
