What defines Modification? Changing the Payload Fairing? Your sat works well when connected to your airbase but it doesn’t have batteries and it doesn’t stay pointed at the airbase. My men are considering a change to cable and that’s a slap in the face when you don’t know what sea creatures lie under those oceans you lay cable in... sheesh.
