Electrical launch system for Aether Colonisation Program.
Sliders 1 and 2 raises the platform so that crafts can attach to the rotating arm. Slider 3 to remove/engage the holding clamp. Slider 4 is the power input for the rotating arm. Use slow-time to attain maximum angular velocity.
This launcher is in beta due to a couple of reasons. The hook fails at high speeds so you gotta use slow-time to gain enough speed. The motor connections aren't strong either, hence slow-time. I didn't use interstages as they are useless after one use. Always open to suggestions of course.
