When news of the historic event reached Prime Minister John Bumphindumpler, he placed an immediate gag order on the press to prevent "anyone finding out" and "getting other countries upset". In October that same year the Soviet Droonion placed Sputnik 1 in orbit to the acclaim of the people of Droo. Who knew?
