I'm uncertain about the payload capacity of this rocket as i haven't tested but i imagine it's higher than the TX-2 MKII.
There are 3 possible upper stages, all with similar thrust and delta-v.
There is the main/original stage which uses tap-off combustion engines that use LH2/H2O2-95.
There is the E.L.C-EC-322V upper stage which uses 2 hydrolox expander cycle engines.
and there is the E.L.C-PF2-334V upper stage which uses 2 pressure-fed hydrolox engines.
The lower stage always uses 2 Tap-Off combustion cycle LH2/H2O2-95 engines
