I wanted to create a plane for some cool aerobatic figures like Pugachev's "Cobra" and Kvochur's "The Bell".
"Cobra" is a figure in which the nose of the aircraft rises up by 110 degrees (on the Su-27, on the Su-37 - up to 180 degrees) relative to the direction of movement, and then falls back down. It was first performed in a test flight by the honored pilot of the USSR Igor Volk. The cobra was demonstrated to the general public by Viktor Pugachev at the international salon in Le Bourget, France in 1989.
"Bell" — The aircraft lifts its nose up at zero speed, then drops it down, simulating the movement of a bell clapper. Hence the name of the maneuver. The figure was first presented in 1988 at the Farnborough Air Show in England. Test pilot Anatoly Kvochur was at the controls of the fourth-generation MiG-29 fighter.
About this plane:
-Not too fast (can go only Mach 1.2)
-Pretty maneuverable
-AG8 for landing gear, AG9 for engines
-Fully career compatible
-Can do both of these aerobatics fugures
Hope you enjoy! (And leave a comment or upvote 👉👈)
