NASA STS Space Shuttle, designed for ferrying payloads up to space, and then landing back down. Paylods of up to 2m diameter and ~15m length can be loaded into the cargo bay. Everything works as expected, including re-entry and landing.
Wing flaps and RCS are disabled by default, but can be enabled via activation groups. It is mobile-friendly!
Three astronauts are included in the command pod.
