How cursed is this rocket? A space capsule that can't fly aboard a rocket that refuses to launch. Yeah, Boeing hasn't been having a great time since late 2019. Anyway, I thought this would be fun to build. It was. Nothing new about Starliner, although you'll notice some new textures and I think some cameras on the Delta IV, and also the ICPS has been fixed, I added the one from SLS to it. As far as I know, the two rockets do actually use the exact same upper stage in real life, so this should be just about 100% accurate. Well, you know. Excepting the Starliner capsule on top.
