Auto Credit Based on NorthStarAeropace's 'Cygnus' ISV WIP
'Cygnus' is a medium-sized IPV designed for crew transportation and planet exploration. It has a good crew space, 2 counter-rotating gravity rings, thermonuclear engine and 2 'Firefly' Shuttlepods
Notes:
In testing, shuttlepods had some weird roll disbalance when using VTOL, I don't know if you will experience it, but if you do, then I recommend launching shuttlepods separately from IPV and dock them to it.
There is hydrolox and monoprop fuel storage, it is enough for ~4 full shuttlepod refuels
