I didn't upload versions 1.3 and 1.4 because I didn't see any reason to do so. However, if someone needs them, I could upload them. All the changes I made are:
- changed the layout, power, and quantity of engines
- changed the names of a few activation groups
- added RCS and stronger gyros
- added more emergency parachutes
- added fins
- added bigger fuel tanks
- lowered the center of mass.
