Auto Credit Based on DeltaProductions's Cyber rover
so it was the fuel that was causing the rover to not work, I read the comment and someone said that I had to change the fuel type to battery. The second issue was that on my Ios i couldn't find the change fuel option so i decided to transfer my ios profile to the pc(and for another project coming soon.....) and it's fixed so enjoy(man that was a pain to figure it out).
