You can build a craft and I will accept it for the base. You can then land it yourself or contract somebody else to. Once you have landed the building, rover, or whatever, then you can share the sandbox with a +1 after the v.

@MarioG In orbit? It could act as a transfer point for crews who get off their CSMs and get into landers attached to the station. The landers could then take off after getting to the base and dock with the station and then shuttle more astronauts in the same way.
