It happens to some of my crafts. When an auto burning is approaching the end, the craft starts turning and heads towards a wrong direction, then the auto burning is not perfectly done. This only happen when I'm using the map mode, while I'm looking at the craft itself it never happens. It has nothing to do with the gyro force or rcs or mass centre according to my test.
