Attempting to lock heading to prograde or retrograde locks it to current instead

Auto Credit Based on sflanker's Creating a Burn Node in a subsequent orbit after an SOI results in the subsequent burn node not being deletable
This screenshot is right after I had clicked the prograde button in the nav panel. The same thing happens if I click the green cone in the nav rings area. Once heading has been locked to current, then the lock prograde buttons work.
