Rotational rcs firing seems to be based on position relative to center of mass rather than on position relative to other rcs thrusters. This causes the thrusters to be less effective in rotating the craft and cause unwanted translation. I think it could be fixed by adding behavior options to the thruster's part menu. The player could tie each individual thruster's throttle to pitch, yaw, roll, and translation inputs and add multiple inputs. Could employ slider to control the mixing of the inputs. Overall, it would work similar to control surfaces in SimplePlanes
