Solarpanels without base and negative fold angle have bugged selection box

Auto Credit Based on ChaoticGraviton's Wheels "on" motors sometimes work.
Get a solar panel, remove the base, set the fold angle to negative. The selection box is offset in the wrong direction, making it difficult to select the panel.
