Fairing mass is always included and readout for stage with fairing will be always less than what it actually is. Staging order doesnt matter. Lets say faring on 3rd stage and stage together with engine and interstage it will readout incorrectly. Putting farirning in a seperate stage just before the 3rd stage still gives out incorrect delta v thus the bug, fairing mass doesnt get subtracted when staged
