@Aleinikov That's awesome! Great job. I am actually pretty good with the docking. You probably already know this but I will leave the basics here since you said something. Make sure your camera is on "Chase View" on approach to the station when your RCS thrusters are activated. Make sure translation mode is on. Once you get withing about 20 meters away (or farther based on what your comfortable with) switch your camera to the docking port. This will ensure when you mean to go "up" the craft will be aligned correctly and will go the way you intend.
Like I said, you may already know all that. On my problem I cannot confirm it works or not because I apparently accidentally deleted the radix module (which happened because I was cleaning spent 1st stages from my orbit). So now the mission has NO idea what to do. I cannot get the Radix module back up in space as that was a previous mission and I don't have access to it anymore. So I feel like my situation is screwed. I'm going to try adding my own space station module up there in that orbit and just calling it "Space Port Esperanza" to see if I can trick the program into thinking it's the right part. Darn

@tDawg99 Remember name upper/lower case : "Space Port Esperanza" ...
Its importent to get RCS thrust on your docking stage...
Docking ...if you do did it before..is not easy...
Thx to read my comment...
I had docked sucessfully todayx...my station "Space Port Esperanza" is growing...
Got my third module docked...:-)

@Aleinikov
Thank you! I thought I tried that solution already and it didn't work, but the first chance I get I will try again. I DID change the name too, so what your saying makes perfect sense and will make me feel so much better not having to start all over again. Perhaps when I changed the name back I misspelled something. Thank you! -
@lombakin10 @tDawg99
SOLUTION ? :: --> I had the same problem...docked but no progression.
The problem seem to be: I thought "Space Port Esperanza" what a silly name, and renamed the first module to "ISS".
But the programm wants you to dock at "Space Port Esperanza" !
So I renamed ISS to the original name, ah, it works right on the platform at lauch I get the distance and Target ! Solved !
(I just registered here to tell you and all other with that problem the maybe solution for you) -

I am having this same issue with Space Port Esperanza #173. It checks blue next to "Launch with the expansion module" but as soon as I launch it does not update to the next step. It doesn't even show a next step. I follow all criteria including deorbiting my craft and nothing. I've tried several times, in different ways and it will not update. It really just seems like it's not registering that the ship has launched.
I think it's interesting to note that the Radix Module is listed as a "Player Craft" in the find tab on the map. Not sure if it's supposed to or not.
@tDawg99 Ok. The story goes on for me.
Everything was fine, I docked Hab and SolarModules, one after the other.
It happened sometimes after docking, station was renamed by program to something like "Space Port Esperanza - 156 -343"
There where numbers added to name. So I deleted the numbers, and go on with next docking mission.
NOW...I have 16 Modules docked....
same as the beginning, program gets not the target, so mission cannot be completed.
I read somewhere in a forum a user had this problem too: station cannot grow larger the 15 Modules added ...
(hm, right now I thing, maybe I try to remove one of the solar modules ?)
