Auto Credit Based on Thegeeknerd's after splashdown
This behaviour is actually useful, but I doubt is intended.
On mobile, if the player is dragging a vizzy block and opens the console, the vizzy block "locks" to the position on screen, and the player can drag the the view around and the block will stay in position relative to the screen. The player can still grab the "locked" block and place it, and then the bug will end and normal behaviour resumes
