craft starts spinning after opened parachute.

THIS ONLY STARTED TO HAPPEN AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE.
So rover type crafts will start to spin out of control as soon as I open the parachutes. this never happened before even with the same crafts. I also tried other people s crafts, they did the same thing.
I can't upload videos so is uploaded a lot of screenshots of the craft spinning ( not my craft )
