Auto Credit Based on FireTome's Bug report window disabling scrolling of description with text outside of viewing window
Fuel cells require "fuel lines" to be unlocked before you can actually launch with them in career mode. This should not be the case, as fuel lines are unlocked in a completely separate branch of the tech tree (rocketry branch for fuel lines vs electricity branch for fuel cells), withouth any clear connection as to why it would be required.
