Cargobays with "None" hinge style and a position offset duplicates the position offset when updating the part in the designer

Auto Credit Based on ChaoticGraviton's Crew Modules do not remove occupants when size is changed to no longer hold the correct volume.
Get a cargobay and set it to have a hinge style of "None". add a position offset, and set it to start open. Update the part (cloning it, moveing it, changing height size), the position offset adds onto itself.
