I took a cone 9 meters wide, used the resize tool to make the tip 2x2 wide, and gave it insulation texture, 1x0.1 scale. After launching once and coming back into the editor, this glitch was here. It also appears in flight. The only way i found to get rid of it is to change the texture and change it back to the insulation texture.
