I was going through the atmosphere in my X-15 replica (having detached from the mothership) and I quicksaved. When I quickloaded back, the dummy on the front end of my craft was floating a fair distance away from the craft (still following the craft's movements).
One more thing: when I tried to upload the thumbnail for this bug report, only 2 of my many screenshots showed up, but they were all there for the optional screenshot. I don't know if it's another bug but I can't tell you anymore than that so here's a photo of the craft I was using for the original bug. The actual bug photo will be the optional screenshot.
