I complete the "quick deployment' mission and unlock Ali Pad. But it seems as soon as go to de-orbit the probe Ali Pad relocks and becomes unacsessable! I'm 100% sure it said in flight I completed the contract and I saved the game. Ali Pad was even unlocked but as soon as reloaded the craft and did a deorbit burn, after saving agian Ali Pad is once again locked. This has happened several times now.
