I can’t really give a garunteed way to reproduce however while on my way to re-enter Droo my camera and craft began yawing to the right slowly but very visibly and clearly, despite me not touching anything. My direction was locked and the camera in use did not matter. I had my heading as a constant in the screenshot and gyroscope+rcs were working.

Yawing because your heading is not staying aligned with the green prograde marker?
.....
this is in fact normal. Realize that if you are in ANY orbit other then an equatorial one then you are always moving slightly to south or north to some degree. When you lock heading you are in fact locking towards a direction (East, West, North or South or somewhere in between) Those directions will change relative to the direction of your orbit as the craft move further south/north!
