The problem:
Exit sandbox
Go to career
Look at 2nd contract and try to accept it
It doesn't accept
To reproduce:
Accept the contract under normal circumstance
Launch a craft without the mission payload
Mission window will ask you to try
Recover the craft or save and exit
(I'm assuming mission has now failed)
Go to career
The contract will now show twice. One you can click accept, the other is bugged. If you accept and complete the contract, the other one will still show.
I have a new contract to launch a payload to 500km orbit. Try to reproduce this bug with this contract
