Auto Credit Based on NathanMikeska's Auto-burn stops early
Load the sandbox and immediately go to map view an enable auto-burn. Wait till the auto-burn completes. Adde a burn node right in front of the craft, then start editing it (something that requires a lot of delta-v). Eventually, the auto-burn funtionality will decide its time to start burning on your burn node that is still being edited.
