Auto Credit Based on Pedro's Landing gear model clips under 105% bay length
The tanks have non stock capacities, so that may be the cause. As it flies you can se the active stage fuel go down but not the all stages fuel and craft mass is also not changing.
By clicking in each tank (blue fuselages inside of the rocket) you can see how their fuel goes down.
