Something else comes to mind, will we be getting escape towers. I noticed the fairings in the gif don’t need a base if they are attached directly the the command capsule, so an escape tower might Not be too difficult to create.
I guess I forgot about that feature. Was thinking as there is already dihedral, there would be incendance too, but the tool covers that already. @AndrewGarrison
@AndrewGarrison When building a station it requires an good understanding of the full end design before being construction. I often found that when building stations on SR1 I would occasionally forget to include important docking ports to continue expanding the station. Are there any considerations being made that allow for expansion of an existing orbital station that don’t require a docking port, i.e as long as there are two sections to a station with a docking port between them, one side can be closed off and expelled of air in order to add more parts to the design without the use of extra docking ports. Hope that makes sense.
That would be both interesting and possibly the death of my CPU. @MrTyTheGreat

6.7 years agoDo fairings have colliders after separation, do they have a limited life after separation or do they become “space junk” that we have to avoid?

6.7 years agoExcellent fuselage detail. Will wings have built in control to change incidence or will only xml editable be able to change that?
