@Arstotzka Yeah SFS gets boring really fast unless you don't by the 7 dollar pack. I just don't think the full game should cost 7 dollars when there is SR2 mobile that costs just 5 bucks.
@Dereric you know that SimpleRockets1 came out before sfs? And as far as I know, the sfs community is larger than SR2. And SFS players complain when they try sr2 because it’s, “too hard”.
@Arstotzka Yeah SR2 has stuff like XML modding and tinker panel. As well as planet studio. Yeah you can make planets with SFS, but you do that by breaking into the game files, which isn't safe if you don't know your way around stuff like that.
@PZLAgencies this isn’t much of a gameplay bug and more of an issue with TestFlight. There’d be nothing in the app to report using the bug report button since I couldn’t even enter the app.
@NellEngineer also are your bases in modules that will be shipped or bases in the planet editor? Because my ISVs can send pieces of the base to Centauria
@NellEngineer 1: can you elaborate with “how do you get around with it”
2: Alpha Taurus Ab3 is one of two habitable exomoons that have been discovered along with another moon called Athena. They both orbit gas giants that are in the Goldilocks zone and are each in separate star systems. Alpha Taurus Ab3 has breathable air and the star system is slightly closer than it’s counterpart but the moon is extremely rocky and has several small and broken continents with the only flat and fixed continents are the poles which are extremely cold.
Because of this Horizons has pulled out of a joint colonization mission with the EXplore program in favor of colonizing another moon called Athena orbiting a Gas giant orbiting a star called Centauria which is about 1 ly farther away but the moon has flatter terrain and continents similar to droo’s while having rich resources to help finance the colonization.
tldr
So, I’m pulling out supplies from Alpha Taurus Ab3 and starting colonization of Athena. The land in nice and flat for hab modules and the first missions there will create landing pads and clear a flatter area perfect for bases.
@sacr3dbac0n0 it doesn’t look like you’ve posted it, but the Tidebreaker looks pretty good on your drawings post and it’s description fits what I’m looking for.
@DrexxVolv 1: No 2: This is a letter basically saying: “Droo doesn’t like Plasma-1. Go make a better rocket.”
+1 3.3 years ago@pianoplane That isn’t nice. And you can’t do that anyways.

+1 3.3 years ago@PaooX no don’t the droods don’t deserve it. All they ever did was prepare to serve their players!

+1 3.5 years ago@Arstotzka Yeah SFS gets boring really fast unless you don't by the 7 dollar pack. I just don't think the full game should cost 7 dollars when there is SR2 mobile that costs just 5 bucks.

1.4 years ago@NellEngineer The first base needs to accommodate 250 droods at any given time with maybe space for 30-50 more for redundancy.
That’s all I ask. No mass or volume specifications.
