@Chtite451SR2 the things I'm using from ESS were things or made by me or by Jastro and me, and still, it's not a copy-paste of those moons, just took the ideas and made them from scratch
@Junal the GUI and controls are designed to be used in a desktop environment, with keyboard and mouse. On top of that, planet generation is a very hard task for a mobile processor to be done in quick iterations, risking overheating the device.

We take into consideration player suggestions, so if you think something is missing in the roadmap, check the suggestions page and, if it has already been suggested upvote the idea and if not, make a new suggestion.
Anything suggested in these comments will be lost for obvious reasons.
@Bitoven you can see what's planned in the roadmap section.

@Paris77 the way to give us this feedback is by upvoting the suggestions in the suggestions page, or if they don't exist, making them. That way we can see the preferences of the community and adjust our priorities to fit them.
As of now, judging on the suggestions, that's a very low priority feature, I can't find any suggestion with more than 2 upvotes. Of course, there may be a separation between real preferences and suggestion upvotes because people don't use that section as much as others (they're not to blame, it takes time to go through them), but we don't have any other way to tell how backed those ideas are.
@StigRuz I have notifications for this post, but I don't have time to go through all the things posted on the webpage sadly, I used to do that but it was unhealthy. Now I work full time at Jundroo and at the same time study a degree in telecom engineering, I'm the department manager for flight software on a CubeSat team and the secretary of the students union in my university. I live alone so I have to buy and cook my food and keep the house clean, and I have a gf, family, and friends and I want to spend time with them. Sorry for not reading your forum post.
@Marssmmm Because it takes more time to develop and test, the devices are generally more limited in terms of resources, they use a totally different architecture and, the least important but still worth considering, the game is cheaper on mobile platforms. It's a lot easier to develop for pc only, see if things work, iterate a couple of times to fix bugs (usually all bugs on pc show on mobile but not all bugs on mobile show on PC) and then port it and focus on mobile.
.
That said, this time we've been focusing a lot on mobile and there've been lots of performance improvements on the planets that allow us to take things a step further without increasing loading times or the use of memory much. In fact, in 0.9.6 and using the old system you should get a substantial boost in performance when generating quads (terrain)
@AdrianCastillo there are custom systems that add the real solar system, you can download them but be careful, the resolution may be too high for a mobile device and you can enter a crash loop in the game.
@AdrianCastillo Planet Studio hasn't been fully implemented yet, next update will have a fully usable version, and although it may work on mobile, it's meant to be used on PC
@AshtvinayakAerospace as you can see in the video there's less than 20 people there and they don't care about showing publicly the phone numbers on the internet, something really dangerous for your privacy
In addition to that, the claim of devs (or as they call us, manufacturers) being on that group is absolutely false and judging on what they show from the chat it's mostly spam.
@AshtvinayakAerospace there are multiple discord servers, I'm not aware of any WhatsApp ground but I would recommend against joining any since your phone number could be leaked there.
@TastyOxidiezer we've released multiple updates after 307, you shouldn't have to select any branch, just leave it as it comes by default. Make sure you haven't selected the 307 branch.
@Operacon that's not a bug, the parameters for the capsules are automatically calculated by the game. If you think the game should allow overriding any parameter through xml you can always submit a suggestion.
@getthesheep this is not a decision but a problem with the platform.
The technique we use to make the waves doesn't work on iOS devices. We aren't sure what's causing the problem, they work fine on all the other platforms, a fix may or may not come in the future.

+5 3.8 years ago@CenturyAerospace I've found what's causing the issue, it will be fixed for the final update, sorry for that
+2 3.8 years ago@Politonno on what platform did you get the game?
3.8 years ago@Paris77 so vizzy logs are printed in the dev console

@EagleHasLandedYeet2 @Paris77 we don't know, we have Christmas holidays, and there's still a lot of testing to do.
+6 3.9 years ago@MirazAerospace we already have that in Vizzy, you can think about it as if all sensors were integrated into the control unit

@MirazAerospace sensors with what purpose?
3.9 years ago@Politonno on steam you have to select the beta branch
3.9 years ago@SaltedEgg You'll have to start a new sandbox
3.9 years ago@andywer we are aware amd going to fix it, for now surround it with [ ]
3.9 years agoThe problem is the space in the name
@GreenMountainBoy802 updating shouldn't break any craft, make sure you are updating the game and not creating a new instance
3.9 years ago@Thepro673 hopefully we'll have planet studio in mobile platforms by then hahaha
3.9 years ago@Tweedle_Aerospace for mobile 509 is the latest version
3.9 years ago@McDuetchVan It should be enabled by default if you have enabled image effects. It's in image effects under the vapor trails
3.9 years ago@McDuetchVan if you go to the main menu what version number do you have?
3.9 years ago@KuiperAerospace how did you get that link to the early access?
+2 3.9 years ago@AdrianCastillo that shows you why it doesn't make much sense to have it in the stock game
4.0 years ago@AdrianCastillo there are custom systems that add the real solar system, you can download them but be careful, the resolution may be too high for a mobile device and you can enter a crash loop in the game.

+1 4.0 years ago@Exo200 just a bugfix for mobile, to prevent planets looking weird from orbit
+1 4.0 years ago@swxuy 0.9.509 came out less than a week ago, we don't have a launch day for the next update yet.
4.0 years ago@Along2006 that's the last version
4.0 years ago@TastyOxidiezer if you open the game what version number do you see at the top right?
+2 4.0 years ago@Along2006 the game has been updated on Google Play for a while now

@ToddynhoBR as you can see in the Roadmap we plan to add a career mode, yes
+1 4.1 years ago@Lazer22 the problem with iOS is the tessellation technique used to make the waves, even high-performance devices weren't able to render them
