A not very simple template with an enormous ejecta ray system emanating out from a non-existent crater.
This is [[[[NOT]]]] intended to be used directly as a template for celestial bodies but instead I implore you to take apart and analyse the various pieces that make this up in order to figure out how to make this on your own, its actually really easy to understand once you get the hang of how all the modifiers work. I also suggest modifying this with your own knowledge to suit yourself instead of just copying how I've done it here.
I only figured out how to do this yesterday so my experience in this field is pretty lax. Thus, this may not be the most efficient way to make ERS's (or even the right way).
If you have any questions leave them bellow.
the quality of my answer will be dependent on how sleep deprived I am as well as various other rogue variables.

You'll have figure out how to make the actual crater on your own (mainly because I'm a lazy ** and can't be bothered)

@Zenithspeed You can actually use this to generate height instead of colour, which is incredibly interesting and something I’m currently playing around with.

why study for my math final when I can play around with this?
