Land on all 4 Cylero landmarks in 1 launch for 805 tech points in career mode, costing ~$ 38M.

Start from DSC Bay, wait till flight log shows 'orbit reached'.
Turn OFF AG1 to save battery until landers ready for release, lock on Luna and create burn node with 1340 m/s prograde, then slide the node along orbit to minimize distance of closest encounter.

Shortly after entering Luna's SOI, use burn node in normal / radial direction to minimize inclination and set Periapsis <300 km, complete the burn and set up another node at ascending / descending node to further reduce inclination <0.1.

Warp till the craft exit Droo system and enter Juno orbit, lock on Cylero and set up a burn node ~1200 m/s radial in (depending on Cylero's location when mission begins, could be ~700 m/s prograde with minor radial in), then slide node to let closest encounter within Cylero's SOI, make adjustment to further reduce distance.

Shortly after entering Cylero's SOI, set up burn node to minimize inclination, also burn retrograde to enter ~ 1000km orbit, separate landers via staging.

Switch ON AG1 and AG10 a few times and use RCS translation to move slightly away from the lander group before using burn node.

Test to ensure all RCS engines and lander main engine functional. Turn OFF AG1 & AG10 for time warp. Ensure AG1 is ON when engine is working.

Use the lander on top to enter ~400 km polar orbit, lock on target landmark, enter a near-vertical fall above the target, then AG3 ON for auto land. Wait till lander grounded and auto switch off all AG before taking control of other landers.

For other landmarks on Cylero, follow similar procedure as above, test RCS and move away from group, lock on target and enter ~400 km orbit, fall vertically right above target and switch ON AG3 till grounded.
