Inco is an ancient world with Liquid water oceans. It surely is habitable but we would rather get all the historical, scientific and biological (if life existed/still exists here or not) out of the moon and its parent to learn more about events that occur in out universe. We currently have a surveillance sattelite (from the Enelu outpost) and currently building a station in Inco's Orbit. Our scientific instruments on our sattelite and future station should shed light on Inco and Enelu's Origin
