Hot and steamy gas giant moon. Gravitational forces tug on the planet, heating it up. Paired with high geothermal activity, this has made Ecclistacas retain a dense atmosphere and the optimal temperatures to support microbial life in its oceans. And from there, cyanobacteria oxygenated the atmosphere, from which moss and grass has covered the planet. The oxygen level is at 10%, however that percentage is still climbing. Maybe itll become habitable in the near future. One notable feature, is the raging storm on it's northern hemisphere. Estimated to have been going on for 90 years, and still strong.

But what's that bright star in the sky? is it getting bigger?

@Tallisar Not at all! Take a crack at it, you'll do the idea more justice than I ever will be able to.

Say @HighNeurosurgeon, do you mind if I revamp this?

You can make the poles be one pole. You don't necessarily need two poles @HighNeurosurgeon. Also, to create beaches, you can either use altitude-based subbiomes, but they cannot be colored like value-based subbiomes. Value-based subbiomes need to have a range. To make beaches I typically use ranges from 0.001 to 0.0001.

@Tallisar Blank template. Fun fact, I actually have another poled habitable planet. I just didn't see it fit to add them cause they wouldn't contribute much to the look of the planet considering one pole would be buried under the clouds. I have yet to master beaches, but once I do, I'll reupload this (most most likely)

I mean it is still great though! All you needed was beaches, a few more biomes, and poles, and there you go @HighNeurosurgeon! I am glad you found out how to make clouds too, something that most new planetmakers also dont do. Also, what template did you make this from?

@Tallisar Thank you! Although a bit unrealistic, I feel like the terrain atmosphere was needed to give it that foggy humid feeling. I appreciate this.

edit: I will also mention that I learned clouds through your technique, all credit goes to you

This is amazing. It is disappointing that it doesn’t have many upvotes. The terrain, clouds and atmosphere are perfect. I am also glad you figured out how to use the terrain atmosphere—something that many new planet makers don’t use. Plus one point.
