Udin
Frigid Airless Super Aquaria
[DoD] Date of Discovery: 315.2148
Reference:
from the US2 variant of the Erisan System
Info:
Udin is the 3rd planet from Erisan, just beyond the orbit of Zaku. It hosts a large yet faint ring system comprised of various ices. It also has rough terrain, where various cryovolcanoes and geysers erupt. There are also large yet thin canyons and basins scattered around, caused by the gentle tectonic activity. The core is relatively weak, hence the low tectonic activity and small magnetosphere. It had an atmosphere in the past. The stellar winds coming from Erisan stripped the planet of it, turning it into an airless world, only leaving behind a small exosphere. There is also a subsurface ocean below its icy crust, which is kept warm by the residual geothermal energy. It is speculated that the core will fully die off within a few more hundred million years.
Creator Remark: "I love this some much, I wish I used the same energy for Antarius. Also, I just had to add rings (cuz I'm a sucker for them), but I made them thin. plus it is icy soooo..."

The detail, is enough to make this one of my fav celestial bodies out there tbh. It the geology and physical features seen in space remind me of desert worlds in Galaxy clash Evolved empire. Great work here bro!
.amazing work here
