Shippus Prime (otherwise known as Balt Major (due to the high cobalt content)) is out major shipyard which is yet to construct a large all rail gun warship (for asteroid defence reasons only) which is going to also sport a launch pad (and a location for your rocket launch!) as well as anti asteroid missiles. It may seem that the shipyard itself is a giant rail gun hilariously however it does have facilities for them. This Prime shipyard builds the smallest of shuttles to the largest of mobile bases, it is key as you know as it builds a number of ships at a time, you also have launch privileges at our mobile base I dont own the ring texture
