Cepso is a planet full of dormant volcanoes and large basins indicating there was once a large sea of lava which may have contained Denios (Ds) (which may have been what gave it its pale yellow colour nowadays). A private space agency has set up a small base here and plans to claim the planet, you can see the red light from rather faraway. This planet may havs gotten its rings from the volcanic gases being blasted farout into spsce and being caught into orbit rather than being a thick atmosphere according to volcanologists.
