Drolaine is rather perfect for settling due to e that we have technology to ensure the population wont freeze or get frost bite or any frost related medical issued, plans for a space elevator city for its capital is being drawn up at the current moment, scientists theorise that its rings may perhaps be from it having 2 former moonmoons colliding with eachother hence the mass, density as well as distance. Biologists plan to study the lifeforms of this world and see if they are carbon based or perhaps not.
