This moonmoon of intella seems to be under colonization by the Intellaians judging by the large amounts of techno signatures at the northern pole and the orbital structure. Detronl has relatively the same atmospheric composition as Intella which would make it somewhat perrect for them, however the reason for the orbital ring habitation is unknown. Scienfisfs hypothesize that if they were to put the ring habitation around their homeworld it would freeze up certain areas rendering them uninhabitable, as well as the fact that intella already has rings which could damage vital infrastructure which the ring hab might need to operate hence itd be more practical to put around the moonmoon for a start. Detrono , judging by its composition was a former moon of Dawi, scientists theorise that this former moon might have either been driven out by another celestial body, or may have been hit by a lot of asteroids in thebpre Xeloxonoxian bombardment, This therefore had it on a path to the Xeloxonox system and then wound up in Intella's orbit
