RD-8771 (formerly known as Dellius) Is quite an interesting moonmoon of Tellius, this moonmoon seems to be forming which is why we sent 2 probed here, however when they reached orbit. they sent back "ERROR:RD-8771", it wasnt just one but both of our ssttelites (and to think they were more sophisticated and advanced than project SETTLE). This error code means "Electromagnetic pulse detected!" meaning this planet naturally emits EMP Pulses or it could be an alien race and we have proof to support our argument on the alien race theory, theres an odd anomaly in orbit of the moonmoon, and it seems technological
