Azurin is an anomoly within itself as according to SETLLE and ESTELLA its teaming with similar lifeforms within its eptogen, (Ep, can support biological compounds)sea as Azura (as they do have a similar composition) which have quite a high chance of evolving into intelligent lifeforms in about 1billion-2billion years, as well as having minute islands scattered above its vast ocean which lead scientists to believe there might be 2 intelligent species here which is quite interesting to think about, however we wont be here to see it. It does seem its rings are from a moon reaching a roche limit and getting rilled apart (particle by particle) by gravity.
