Droo-sized planet. Pink atmosphere cause by an extremely high iridium gas content, and pink patches on the ground caused by gold and aluminum melting together in it's earlier days. However, further analysis showed that there might be a high oxygen content in the atmosphere. The gold-aluminum alloy mountains appear to be oxidizing - however you're gonna have to land to investigate further.

But, don't get excited yet. Landing will be no easy feat. The planet experiences daily magnitude 9 quakes and over, due to a ruptured fault line extending around the planet twice over, as a result of it's numerous and small tectonic plates. This causes the surface to be riddled with mountains and valleys, and constantly interchanging terrain.

This planet is beautiful and great. Like Zenithspeed, I like the mountains. Another thing you can add to the planet's lore is the numerous amounts of plate tectonics. Because many mountains are everywhere, it would be safe to assume that the tectonic plates are small and scattered and may have various convergent boundaries, possibly much more common than divergent or transform. Though I am no geologist; I may be wrong.

@HighNeurosurgeon i've constantly been looking for a "realistic" mountain noise, something that actually looks like Earth's mountains with those erosion lines and whatnot, and Cladh's mountains matched that fairly well which is why i got so excited about it lol (i've also made up at least one solution of my own, which also uses billow but with a different configuration)

@Zenithspeed Thank you! The idea for this planet actually came from your Cladh post where you detailed the mountain noise (which I thank you for because I would have NEVER looked at the noise myself)

oh hey we got a new and talented planet builder here? we will watch your career with great interest!
jk, i've read your account description, i'd say this is great, the terrain and overall premise are both very interesting, and even though i said jk i'll definitely be looking forward to more
(also thank you for mentioning that the pink atmosphere is caused by iridium gas; i have an ocean planet with a hazy pink atmosphere and had no way to explain why it was pink, but now i do, yippiee)
