Interesting world bro! Here's a lore concept: around a certain crater, there lays a seaborne virus that doesn't spread due to them lying in an ice cluster on the ocean bed of that crater, however the drooians got infected and a mass pandemic is occuring on this world.
What it does: progressively reproduces in the hearts main chamber and eats its way out of the hosts heart therefore leading to the victims demise
